It separates the object with other layers in order to avoid vibration from the object. 2. A layer of 7mm thick Polyurethane Foam (PU) is attached on the NBR. The PU foam is environment-friendly material which could be degraded by itself. It has excellent sound-absorbing function due to its well proportioned inner open-cell cavity structure. 3. The surface is 3 mil thick methyl urethane (PPU). Its surface is covered with random lines and it has strong tensile properties. As cover in outside, its main function is to protect the nether materials for extending the life cycle of the whole material, and to reduce sound reflection and significantly improve the system of sound-absorbing and thermal insulation performance.
